Hello Everyone,
This blog is for anyone interested in nourishing their bodies from the inside-out. We wanted a place to share recipes, thoughts and concerns during our Joos Cleanse at Bikram Yoga of Cape Cod(see links below).
Perhaps you're just trying a cleanse for the first time, you want to cut out certain foods from your diet (such as caffeine, dairy, sugar and/or gluten), or just yearn for a cleaner "you". Some of us have never done a cleanse before so I'm hoping this blog will be great for support during our Cleansing journey ~ Enjoy and bring on those recipes!
