Roasting Veggies

First day of the Joos cleanse is going pretty well. I had one after a morning Bikram class and it filled me up until about 2 pm. I've been sipping on my 2nd one of the day (the Antioxidant Blast) since then but I am STARVING right now! So, I am about to chop some sweet potatoes, carrots, potatoes, onions, and brussel sprouts and roast them for dinner. I toss them with olive oil and sea salt and put them in a shallow baking pan (or cookie sheet with sides). 400 degree oven for about an hour.
